Kaspar Mänd is one of Estonia’s leading conductors, acclaimed for his work across symphonic, operatic, and contemporary music. A co-recipient of the 2025 Estonian State Culture Award, he is the founder of Ludensemble and has served as Resident Conductor at the Estonian National Opera since 2014. Mänd collaborates regularly with major orchestras in Estonia and abroad, championing both classical masterworks and new music.
