Tormise variatsioonid
The concert series “Tormis Variations”, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of composer Veljo Tormis, reimagines his powerful music through jazz, improvisation, and contemporary soundscapes. On stage: Maarja Aarma (vocals), Karl Madis Pennar (guitar, double bass), Mikk Kaasik (keys), and the ETV Girls’ Choir conducted by Aarne Saluveer.
Each concert is a unique journey – from meditative soundscapes to hypnotic grooves and playful audience interaction – bringing Tormis’s legacy vividly into today.
