Keychange

The Talent Leadership Programme is a six-month Creative Europe–funded training initiative by Keychange, designed to empower women and gender-diverse professionals in the music industry. Through innovative learning modules, mentoring, and international collaboration, participants develop the skills, confidence, and networks needed to lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives. Beginning at Tallinn Music Week and concluding at Reeperbahn Festival, the TLP is a transformative journey that turns ambition into action — shaping the future of a more inclusive global music ecosystem.
